Double hull
"motion of the void of ships"
This double-layered structure is designed to limit the water income
in case of underwater attacks or violent ramming. This is one of those
pages which has not yet been completely clarified in relation to both
the drawings and the comments. There are three drawings on the sheet,
all of them representing nautical items. Besides the double hull the
drawings show: a machine with a Greek origin called atameganta, which
was used to spread water; a small circular vessel with a turret, captioned
with a note which is difficult to interpret.
