This alembic model is characterized by a very broad condensation surface and by the separation of the fire zone from that of the cooling water, by means of a central zone exposed to the air. The water flows into the external basin allowing it to cool continuously the distillate that evaporates inside the alembic and condenses on the inside walls, then coming out through the spout.
