Floats for walking on water

Galleggianti per camminare sull'acqua

Leonardo briefly drew and described a way of walking on water by equipping a man with two, very elongated floats to be applied to the man's feet. The man would be provided with two poles for balancing himself with his arms. This project, not implemented in practice, was the expression of the dream of moving on water as on land.
