How to book

Booking in six steps

Choose your option for the laboratory and/or tour itinerary that interests you
Phone us on 02 48 555 558 to agree on the details and time of your booking
Fully complete the booking form
Make a payment via bank transfer for the cost of the educational activity only (the entrance tickets must be paid for directly at the Museum on the day of your visit)

Send a fax 30 days prior to the visit, to 02 48 010 055 including:
- The fully completed booking form
- A photocopy of the bank transfer
Come to the cash desk on the day of the visit at least 10 minutes before the start time, to purchase the entrance tickets (always required).

PDF format, Acrobat Reader or equivalent program is required to read and print it.

Telephone bookings will not be considered valid if booking forms are incomplete or filled in incorrectly
For organisational reasons we are unable to send you a confirmation of your booking.
If they are discrepancies between your telephone booking and the form you send, you will be contacted by the relevant office.
If you fail to indicate the laboratory option and/or collection tour itineraries on your booking form, they will be chosen for you by the office.
In case of cancellation and/or modification of the booking please notify the Educational Services Administrative Office at least 15 days prior to the date of the visit.
If you are late arriving or unable to reach the Museum due to causes unrelated to the Museum itself (strikes, snow, traffic etc), and you do not notify us by 24 hours prior to the visit, we cannot accept requests for refunds.
For internal reasons (events, loans, restoration, maintenance etc.) some areas of the Museum could occasionally be closed. Please check availability in advance with the Educational Services Administrative Office
