Disabled access

Disabled access is available throughout the Museum with the exception of the inside of the Toti Submarine, part of the Air Transport collection, and the Light i.lab. Disabled visitors can enter the Museum from the main entrance at 21 Via San Vittore. Please ask ticket office staff if you require assistance. For easier access we recommend that you contact the ticket office in advance on tel. 02-48 555 411 Entrance to the Museum is free of charge for disabled visitors and one accompanying person.

Baby changing

Some of the Museum's bathrooms have a baby changing unit.

Cloakroom

At the moment the Museum does not have a cloakroom. Due to security concerns it is not possible to deposit bags, suitcases or luggage.

Photography and video

Only amateur photography without flash or tripod is allowed inside the Museum. For professional photography and videos, please request written authorisation from the Public Relations and Communication Office.

Animals

Pets are not allowed in the galleries. However, assistive animals, such as guide dogs for the blind are permitted.

Shopping

The Museum has produced and selected a series of products that are on sale in our bookshop. These include books on the themes of the historical collections and interactive laboratories, science games, multimedia CDs, clothing for children and adults and stationery items.
